Andrew Hubermann’s Foundation Fitness Protocal

Two weekly routines for gym exercises:

  • Schedule A: ~4-8 repetitions (heavier weights) and 3-4 sets per exercise with 2-4 minutes rest between sets
  • Schedule B: ~8-15 repetitions (moderate-lighter weights) and 2-3 sets per exercise with ~90 seconds rest between sets

Monday: Cardio

35 minutes moderate intensity

Tuesday: HITT

  1. 30 seconds sprint
  2. 10 seconds rest
  3. 10 rounds!

Wednesday: Arms & Abs

  1. Biceps:
    1. Bicep curl
    2. Dumbbell curl
  2. Triceps:
    1. Overhead extensions
    2. Triceps dips
  3. Abs
    1. Crunch
    2. Swings

Thursday: long endurance

60 minutes, Zone 2

Friday: Legs

  1. Quads:
    1. Leg extensions
    2. Hack squats
  2. Hamstrings:
    1. Leg curls
    2. Glute-ham raises
  3. Claves
    1. Standing raises
    2. Seated raises

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Torso

  1. Chest:
    1. Incline press
    2. Cable cross-over
  2. Back:
    1. Chin-up
    2. Seated row
  3. Shoulders
    1. Shoulder press
    2. Lateral raises
