I am a big fan of when one activity practises a lot of crucial skills, and especially when it does it in a fun and innovative way. This golf activity certainly does that.

In order for your students to successfully navigate their way around this 9 hole golf course, they are going to need to be masters of measuring angles, working out bearings, calculating percentages, determining scale factors and drawing accurate constructions. The PowerPoint also comes with really nice explanations and practise of these key skills that you can run through with the students before unleashing them onto the golf course. Absolutely fantastic stuff.
